  3. *** Specialty-specific education is only offered and available to these nine specialties/programs: Cardiovascular Disease, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, Otolaryngology, Urological Surgery.
  4. **** Both Michigan State University and the institution must sign an agreement for an official affiliation.
  5. *****A COM Clinical Faculty Appointment and the associated benefits are NOT available if the individual is denied an appointment by MSUCOM.
